2. What NexGen Lending does

NexGen Lending is a business financing marketplace. We help businesses understand their financing options and connect them with lenders and funding partners in our network. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, we are not the lender, and we do not make credit decisions.

• No guarantee of approval. Submitting a request or application does not guarantee approval, a specific amount, rate, term or timeline. All financing is subject to each lender’s underwriting, eligibility requirements and final approval.
• Lender terms govern. If you accept an offer, your agreement will be with the lender, and the lender’s terms and disclosures will govern that financing. Please review them carefully before signing.
• Real estate funding is referral-only. For home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), cash-out refinances and other real-estate-secured financing, NexGen Lending refers you to independent lenders in our network. We do not originate, make or broker these loans, and the lender is solely responsible for its products, decisions and terms.

3. Information only, not advice

Content on our website, including articles, guides, examples, calculators and the funding assistant, is provided for general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it may not reflect your specific situation. Examples, timelines and amounts are illustrative. 4. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives of businesses in the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using the website, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have authority to act on behalf of the business you identify.

By providing your phone number or email address and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive calls, texts and emails from NexGen Lending and lenders in our network about your request, which may be made using automated technology where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of obtaining financing. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can opt out of other communications by contacting us.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs and software, are owned by or licensed to NexGen Lending and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. “NexGen Lending” and our logo are our trademarks.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or apply on behalf of a business without authorization
